The HR function can add an important contribution in order to achieve company targets. Manager are often overextended in regards to time and HR experience and do seek advice from a competent HR sparring partner.

While operational daily experience does often exist in small and medium sized companies, there is a lack in regards to complex and challenging tasks such as the design of new HR concepts, processes or instruments. Yet those experiences add value to the business.

Since twenty years I do support and advice management teams in HR related matters. Until mid 2008 in managerial positions within the HR department and since then as the founder and managing director of peopleWORKS. As your trusted advisor I do accompany you over years and will become familiar with you company, your past and future challenges.
