You have a shortfall and are searching for a temporary Head of Human Resources in your organization or a senior HR specialists to complete urgent and critical projects.

Objective

You would like to temporarily fill the existing vacancy. You are looking for an experienced person that can support the management team, guide the HR team and further foster projects and tasks. A fast understanding, solution-oriented thinking as well as technical and leadership skills are crucial for such a role.

Approach

I take over the role as Head HR or senior HR specialist and as such the responsibility for all duties and projects. Due to my profound experience in national and international companies I will provide valuable support.
