Objective
You expect HR not only to support, but also to decisively push the planned expansion. The missing but critical know-how; such as the definition of an employment relationship, group-wide HR processes or the transfer of employees between countries should be assured by the HR department as quickly as possible. Additionally, a consolidated view of employee data for all subsidiaries should be available despite the various HR systems.

I will accompany you in your expansion strategy wherever support is needed. Based on the existing status we will define the areas of action together. In addition, I will support you in the evaluation and implementation of a global HR reporting system, in order to ensure accurate on-demand employee data delivery, as well as web-based systems to facilitate HR core processes.
